Practice focus:
Matija’s practice is focused on commercial, information technology and telecommunications, employment and data privacy. He regularly advises clients on cutting edge technology regulation issues, digital content and e-commerce as well as transformational activities, including intellectual property, data privacy, technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, new product and service initiatives. Matija also has experience in structuring and drafting various agreements involving data, intellectual property and technology. In the employment law domain, Matija provides general employment advice and legal counsel on compensation and benefits, restructuring and collective dismissals, employee share offering programs (ESOP), EOR arrangements and employment litigation. His practice covers all main industry sectors, with particular focus on retail, chemical and pharmaceutical, automotive and IT. Matija frequently writes in expert publications on legal developments of importance to his clients.
