Mihael’s practice is focused on drafting initial legal documents, assisting with negotiations, contract reviews and legal research in the field of commercial, corporate and regulatory law. He also supports high-profile transactions in these areas. Mihael’s work assignments include document organization and proofreading, working on deal management and tracking progress, as well as contacting various national authorities in relation to projects the team is working on.
